You can book your party over the phone by calling us at (804) 516-4411 or submit your date requests through our Contact Form. A non-refundable $100 deposit is necessary to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and must be received at time of booking.

Spa Boutique pricing starts at $425 for 6 girls; $50 for each additional girl. The maximum number of girls in the Spa Boutique is 10. This includes full use of the spa boutique for two hours.

Some of our spa party add-ons include:

• Create your own Sugar Scrub ($7.50 each)
• Beauty Bar ($10 each)
• Lip Gloss Station ($7.50 each)
• Spa Water Bottles ($1.50 each)

We recommend that you book well in advance. We suggest booking events at least 6-8 weeks in advance.

We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards for deposits.

Final balance is due the day of your event and will be based upon your final headcount verified 3 days prior to your event. This information is important as it allows Spa-Tacular Parties to prepare for your event. Please note you will be charged the total number of girls that is confirmed.

Our boutique is charming, but small, so we recommend no more than 6 adult guests for any party or event.

We require the final guest count 48 hours prior to the party.

We staff prepare and set up for parties based on the final headcount so we charge for the headcount that is provided 48 hours before the party.

Parties at the Boutique can last up to 2 hours depending on what services you have booked.

Guests may arrive 10 minutes prior to your event start time.
We only celebrate one party at a time so you will have exclusive use of our party boutique.

Our parties and individual spa appointments are packed with fun and follow a schedule. If you are 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule.

Parties can be scheduled any day of the week, with Friday, Saturday and Sunday being our most popular.

Please notify us of any allergies when booking your event.

Spa-Tacular Parties reserves the right to cancel an event and offer an alternative date.

All deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit has been paid, parties may only be postponed once. We understand life happens (children become ill, family emergency, etc.). We will gladly work with you to find an alternative party date.

You will need to provide plates, napkins, forks, and cake/cupcakes for your guests, including adults.
